I have helped throughout the full purchasing journey- negotiating and working with the
selling agent and solicitor, arranging Building & Pest, and reviewing the report, finding a Properly
Manager and a tenant, arranging pre-settlement inspection and finally settlement.

When I look back to all the properties that have been purchased- I can see that, pretty much
all the properties have increased the value/equity as projected, which was the main goal
when purchasing the investment properties.
